| Rooted in the Promise The core of Christian belief is being rooted in God’s love and desire for us and our lives. It is not about our own efforts, but about trust that God will take care of us. Simon Park  ESM Friday Bible StudyFriday Bible Study continues this week! Please join us in an 8-week series on Jesus in the Gospels. Let us delve deeply into the life, teachings and ministry of Jesus. Why did Jesus live? What was his life’s purpose? What does his life, death and resurrection mean for us today? These are some of the questions we will explore. Dinner will be served at 6pm, and we will begin the study at 7pm. It’ll be a great night of fundraising, dinner, and performances, so please join us! Hi-C March Break Retreat This past weekend, our Hi-C had a very successful March Break Retreat! Thank you to all who came and made this retreat possible, and to Pastor Dave and the counselors for your continued support and leadership! Summer Project: Indigenous Mission Next Sunday, March 19th, there’ll be a brief presentation on our summer projects. Truth and Reconciliation is a big topic these days, and thus we are hoping to do some Indigenous Missions this coming summer. More info to come! Women’s Group Zumba Class On Saturday, March 25th from 10am – Noon, our Women’s Group will be having a Zumba class!
