The past Sunday marked our second gathering for our phase-one re-opening of the church! We were able to gather together to worship, both on Zoom and in-person, with members from our congregation and with St. Andrew’s Humber Heights Presbyterian Church.
Being rained in didn’t stop us from enjoying fellowship with one another! We had a pizza lunch indoors, and the interns served cold drinks, watermelon, chips and salad for the congregation.
We would like to give our thanks to Rev. Simon, Pastor Dave, Pastor James, and the Interns for their hard work and for making this event possible! We would like to thank everyone once again for attending and for all your efforts in keeping our church safe.
We are doing everything we can to ensure a safe return to community life. We monitor the news closely for updates and the latest recommendations. If you are still uncomfortable with attending Phase One in person, then you are encouraged to continue joining us by Zoom. Let us pray for a safe and meaningful return to community life!
Sincerely,
Rev. Simon
