CHURCH PROGRAMS & NEWS

 

The Rev. Dr. Esther Acolatse is the Associate Professor of Pastoral Theology and Intercultural Studies at Knox College. We thank her for delivering God’s Word to us this afternoon and look forward to having her as our guest speaker at the upcoming summer retreat.

Communion: The servers for today are John, Kris, Michelle and Edward.

Josh & Grace Kim celebrated the birth of their daughter, Jordan Da-Eun Kim, this past Wedneday. The baby and the mother are doing well.

Evangel Hall: ESM will be serving at Evangel Hall today. Dinner will begin at 5:30pm, followed by a time of worship afterwards.

Yard Sale (Jun 2): Please donate any items for the garage sale. All the proceeds from this year’s Yard Sale will go towards parking lot renovation.

Student Summer Jobs: Our church has received funding from the federal government for a few student summer job positions. Please see our website or speak to Pastor Simon for details. Deadline for applications is May 12.

Hi-C Lock-In will take place this coming Friday to Saturday morning. If you have any questions or concerns, please speak to Pastor Simon.
