Loving God,
Thank you for gathering us on this Christmas Sunday to worship and celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, our Lord.
You are the Creator of all things and with your everlasting love, you called us as your children to worship.
We humbly come before you. Please accept our worship.
Thank you for sending Your son, Jesus, to this world to deliver us from our sins two thousand years ago.
The world that we live in is dark and difficult similar to the world that you were born in.
At times, we get anxious and fearful about the uncertainty of our future due to Covid.
Holy Spirit, inspire us with your spirit that we may rely on your strength and power instead of our own.
Thank you for this community of faith.
We thank you for your presence among us.
We pray that through this community, we learn to discipline ourselves to love one another practicing patience to seek your will together in our lives.
May you fill us with joy peace and hope knowing that for those who love God, all things work together for good.
Please open our ears to receive your message proclaiming through Rev Kim.
Open our eyes to see your guiding hands working in our lives.
We pray all this in Jesus’ name. Amen.
