The Young Adult group has consisted of adults from college age up to working career folks. While this category catches a wide swath of people, it can leave people feeling rootless. Thus, the decision was made to focus on the specific needs of College-aged students. The first initiative for such efforts was a College Group retreat.

Together, we had a great time of games, fun, cooking together and discussing faith in our context. Some of the reflections that came out include:
- the challenge of incorporating faith into everyday life
- through the retreat, there is more comfort with the group
- there are many questions and doubts about faith, but realize that it is a long journey
- realization that one cannot compare oneself with others who have had seemingly dramatic faith experiences, but that faith is an individual journey
- more comfort in coming to church and saying hi to others
- happy to have an open space to discuss issues of faith and life
The group committed to meet again during reading week and possibly come together to study and explore faith more during the summer break. All in all, it was a great experience, one to continue on a regular basis!
