Problems Too Big for Me

Look on my right hand and see— there is no one who takes notice of me; no refuge remains to me; no one cares for me. I cry to you, O Lord; I say, ‘You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living.’ Give heed to my cry, for I am brought very low. Save me from my persecutors, for they are too strong for me. Bring me out of prison, so that I may give thanks to your name. The righteous will surround me, for you will deal bountifully with me.

Memory Verse: “Save me from my persecutors, for they are too strong for me.” (Psalm 142:6)

Often we face problems that are too big for us to handle. In fact, all the problems are too big for us to handle. Otherwise, we would not call them problems. When we try to deal with problems that are bigger than us with our own strength, we become overburdened and stressed out. When we face problems, we need to cry out to God. God will give us not only the strength but also the wisdom to deal with our problems.

Lord, bring my soul out of prison, so that I may give thanks to your name. Amen.

나보다 강한 문제

오른쪽을 살펴 보소서 나를 아는 이도 없고 나의 피난처도 없고 내 영혼을 돌보는 이도 없나이다. 여호와여 내가 주께 부르짖어 말하기를 주는 나의 피난처시요 살아 있는 사람들의 땅에서 나의 분깃이시라 하였나이다. 나의 부르짖음을 들으소서 나는 심히 비천하니이다 나를 핍박하는 자들에게서 나를 건지소서 그들은 나보다 강하니이다. 내 영혼을 옥에서 이끌어 내사 주의 이름을 감사하게 하소서 주께서 나에게 갚아 주시리니 의인들이 나를 두르리이다.

종종 우리는 나보다 강한 문제를 당한다. 실상, 모든 문제는 나보다 강하다. 나보다 강하지 않은 문제는 문제라고 부르지 않을 것이다. 나보다 강한 문제를 나 홀로 이겨 나가려고 하면 우리는 무리수를 두게 된다. 나보다 강한 문제를 당할 때, 부르짖어야 한다. 하나님께서 힘을 주실 것이고 또한 그 문제를 해결 할 수 있는 지혜도 허락하실 것이다.

주님, 내 영혼을 옥에서 이끌어 내사 주의 이름을 감사하게 하소서. 아멘.
