Preciousness of Human Beings

Then he said to them, ‘The sabbath was made for humankind, and not humankind for the sabbath; so the Son of Man is lord even of the sabbath.

–       Mark 2:27-28

 

Memory Verse: “The sabbath was made for humankind, and not humankind for the sabbath.” (Mark 2:27)

Jesus valued human beings more than anything in the world. To Jesus, human life is more important than any rules and regulations. Jesus came to us to teach this principle.

Lord, grant me the heart that takes human life as the most important priority. Amen.

또 이르시되 안식일이 사람을 위하여 있는 것이요 사람이 안식일을 위하여 있는 것이 아니니 이러므로 인자는 안식일에도 주인이니라.

예수님은 인간을 가장 귀하게 여기셨다. 어떤 규정 보다도 더 귀한 것이 한 사람의 생명이요 또한 그 사람의 삶이다. 예수님께서 이 땅에 오셔서 그것을 가르쳐 주셨다.

주여, 한 사람을 귀하게 여기는 마음을 갖게 하소서. 아멘.
