Living Faith: Exploring the Content of our Faith


In 2020, we will be going through Living Faith, which is the statement of Christian belief of the Presbyterian Church in Canada. Each week, I will include one section from it, and offer a brief reflection on it.


The belief of the Christian church stems from over 2000 years of experience, thought and development. The preamble of Living Faith states:


"In every generation the church needs to confess its faith anew. That confession must at one and the same time be the ancient faith of the church and yet spoken into the mood and questions of its own time."


I hope to reflect on this ancient faith in the context of the mood and questions of our time. This year, let us become together in our reflections on the content our faith!
