CHURCH PROGRAMS & NEWS
Baptism: Today we celebrate the baptism of Zoe Yoo (Will Yoo and Grace Kim’s daughter). The family has graciously provided some refreshments for the occasion, so please head over to the Fellowship Hall right after worship.
Communion: We will have communion next week. The servers for March are Brim, Daniel, Kris and Michelle.
Young Families Retreat: Thank you to all who participated in the retreat last weekend! We especially thank Rev. Kim, Rev. Simon, Pastor James, and all the teachers and counsellors for their invaluable presence.
Fellowship Events: This past week has been full of fellowship events! We thank James and Kee (College Dinner Party), Michelle (YA Girls Night), and Maeng (WG Movie Night) for their generous hospitality.
Black History Month: St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church Humber Heights is hosting an intergenerational event on Saturday, February 29, from 2-4pm. Rev. Paulette Brown will be leading a workshop for adults and youths on the theme of healing and reconciliation. You can register by emailing vida.gardener@gmail.com. The event is free.
Evangel Hall: ESM is schedule to serve on Sunday, March 8. Our service at Evangel Hall is a small way in which we live out our mission to be God’s compassionate people. Please let Michelle know if you can participate!
