With thanks we acknowledge
God’s wisdom, power, faithfulness, and love.
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son,
and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning, is now,
and ever shall be!
Reflection
Worship. Thanksgiving. Acknowledgment. Praise. In the direction of God, the source of all life.
When these things become the pattern of our lives, we become more connected with this source of life. We start to see life’s events and experiences in the light of God’s wisdom, power, faithfulness and love.
Our habits and patterns shape us. It’s like our diet: the kind of food we regularly consume shapes our bodies and minds. In the same way, our thoughts and patterns shape us. When we regularly and intentionally live lives of worship, thanksgiving, acknowledgement and praise to God, then we will be shaped to see God more fully in our lives.
To be connected with the source of life is a true blessing that makes life rich and abundant. May we all become more deeply connected with God, the source of all life.
