As we have been announcing, we are starting the Children’s Choir!
Starting on February 26th, we will be having Children’s Choir after service directed by non other than Olivia Han! Here are some basic information for you to know!
- Children in SK-Gr.6
- 30 min. rehearsals after ESM worship
- Focus on songs and musicianship techniques
- First performance: Easter Sunday (Apr. 9)
Choir not only teaches music skills, but many others like listening, expressing, and team building skills. It also teaches you new ways to engage in your life spiritually. How many times were you touched from the melody or the words of praise songs? This choir will help your children engage in their faith journey together as a community.
Our expectation is that all those involved in the choir to show full commitment! We will need lots of support from the parents as well. We will be coming up with a schedule to have supervision so that Olivia can focus on the teaching aspect of this choir.
Choir Practice: Sundays at 1:30-2PM
Fee: $40/child
