Celebration Sunday: Please head over to the Fellowship Hall following service for our monthly community lunch and fellowship activity.
Baptism and Communion: Today we celebrate the baptism of Jordan Da-Eun Kim (Josh and Grace). We will also have Communion. The servers are John, James, Steve and Peter.
Congratulations to Shinae and Mackenzie Chiu, who celebrated the birth of their daughter this past week.
ESM Softball: Today’s play-in game will be held at Centennial Park (#3) at 6:30pm. Practice is at 5pm.
ESM Summer Picnic: Tomorrow’s picnic at Simeon Park (13190 Woodbine Ave) will take place from 10am to 3pm. Please wear comfortable clothing as there will be lots of fun activities! (Kids will need swimming suits as well.)
HanVoice Pioneer Event: Save the date! On Sunday, August 12, we will be hosting Alice Kim, this year’s HanVoice Pioneer, to share her story and vision for North Korea. The event will start at 1:45pm.
Han-Ca East Joint College Retreat: The Presbytery of Han-Ca East is organizing an overnight retreat for all college/university students at Vaughan Community Church on August 17 to 18. Fee is $20/person. Please register with Pastor Simon today if you are interested.
Choir: Our choir will be taking a break for the month of August. We thank them for their dedication and service every Sunday.
August Snack Clean-Up: YF & YC. Please remember to stay behind and help tidy up our Fellowship Hall after community time.
