On January 23-24, 2015, we held our first ever prayer retreat. Contrary to some images that come to mind, this wasn’t a time where all we did was physically pray! Rather, we had seminars led by Rev. In Kee Kim, plus in-depth discussions in smaller groups where we learned more about what prayer really is. We often think of prayer as just the physical act we do, but we learned that prayer is a lot more than that.

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to record the first seminar in this retreat. What we have here is the second of the two seminars Rev. Kim gave. You will still be able to get a good sense of what the first seminar was about by listening to this one.
